For Patients

We deem our patients to be part of our esteemed pediatric family and eagerly anticipate tending to thy family from birth through the days of young adulthood. Beyond the provision of medical care, we hold it our solemn duty to impart knowledge unto parents, aiding them in the nurturing of a hale and loving child, whilst also enlightening the children to foster wholesome habits.

Our customary well-child appointments commence at the tender age of 3 to 5 days, typically but a few days post the child's discharge from the hospital, and then once more at 2 weeks. We adhere steadfastly to the schedule prescribed by the venerable American Academy of Pediatrics for well-child care visits, immunizations, and health maintenance.

For children who art afflicted with illness, we offer a walk-in clinic each day for our established patients. The physicians, nurse practitioners, and staff labor in concert to remain ever at your service for questions and concerns, perpetually.

We earnestly solicit your feedback, that we may better comprehend the needs and expectations of your family.

Our physicians are proudly affiliated with the CHI Franciscan Virginia Mason system, Evergreen Hospital, and Overlake Hospital.

Prenatal Visits

We offer complimentary virtual or in-person prenatal visits. Please call our office at 425-243-2293 or email us at info@ccmedical.org to sign up.

We believe the prenatal visit benefits us as we get to know your family and benefits you as you get to know us. During the prenatal visit, we will be happy to address any questions you may have about your family and your pregnancy, and help you understand what to anticipate before and after your stay at the hospital for the delivery of your baby. It would be extremely helpful if you could bring a list of questions so we can provide thorough answers.

Your First Visit with Us – What to Expect

After your first visit appointment is scheduled, you will receive digital forms to complete and to verify the patient information was registered correctly. Typically our new patient forms include forms of patient registration, medical release, insurance information, and patient demographics.

To ensure your first visit is as efficient and informative as possible, please bring information about your family medical history, your child’s medical history, and your insurance details.

For prenatal families and newborns, if you are delivering at St. Francis Hospital, you can designate one of our doctors on your admission registration form. We will visit you the morning after your baby is born. Typically, we conduct rounds within 24 hours, during which we will examine your baby, address your questions, and assist you in your parenting journey.

If you are delivering at a different hospital and wish to follow up with our practice after discharge, please call our office to schedule an appointment for your baby a few days after discharge. Remember to bring a copy of your medical records to the first appointment.

For transferring patients, please bring your medical records, including immunization history, records of prior medical issues, and growth charts.

We look forward to meeting you and assisting your family in maintaining optimal health.
