    Prescribe or administer treatment, medication, and other specialized medical care to treat prevent illness and injury.
    Provide diagnositic imagings, referrals and calls to medical specialists.

    OFFICE MANAGER/EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

    Job Description

    The Office Manager /Executive Assistant assists the Business Office Management in the overall administrative including booking keeping, billing, accounting related of the business office in accordance with all applicable policies and regulations of our inter-departmental business including Bellevue and Federal Way Pediatric Clinic, Pediatric Home Health Development, as well as the entity expansion marketing and business relations with communities.

  • Bachelor degree in related field preferred; Associate's degree or equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Experience in pediatric or primary care medical clinic management preferred.
  • An ideal candidate who should hold a license of registered nurse with experience in management of primary care clinic and home health.
  • The responsible party works closely with medical director and clinical directors
